frustration
Does frustration ever stop? Do we ever learn to deal with it, whether it comes from work, a friend or a lover? Is it better to learn to control your emotions - acting stoic and icy - pretending it's no bother? Or should you embrace it all, and verbalize the internal neurosis of the daily irritations caused by others. Saying things out loud, or even writing them down (especially when you know someone else can/will read them) is liberating. Is it worth the potential pain it could evoke? Should you silence your lips before the words escape? Which is the answer? Control your thoughts and emotions and internalize it all? Or, request the control from others? Will anyone ever really know which is better?
